General note on paintballs:
Paintballs are a living, breathing product, like a fruit in the freshness department of the supermarket. With the right selection and handling you will have a lot of fun with it, wrong handling can cause problems.
Paintballs should be stored at +15°C to +25°C dry and protected from direct sunlight.
The gelatine shell attracts air humidity and paintballs swell and become softer and larger: therefore always close the bags tightly. This rule also applies during a match day on the pitch.
Gelatine becomes brittle and thus more fragile when cold (below +10°C).
Gelatine becomes soft and therefore less brittle when exposed to heat (above +30°C).
