Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards

If your CO₂ cartridge is losing power or the seal is slowly failing, it's not always the cartridge's fault. Often, it's simply the small but crucial fastening nut that's broken – the part that holds the seal in place. This is exactly where this original Umarex replacement part comes in: the fastening nut for CO₂ seals, also known as the “Piercer Seal Fixing Ring.”
Made of sturdy metal, it fits as it should and ensures that your seal stays securely where it belongs. No CO₂ leakage, no loss of performance – just clean functioning. Sounds unspectacular? Maybe. But anyone who has ever lost CO₂ in the middle of a game knows that this is a part you need to be able to rely on.
Important before purchasing: get out your tape measure. The outer diameter is 10.75 mm, the inner diameter is approx. 8 mm, and the material thickness is approx. 4 mm.
Material & technology that makes sense
The nut is made of solid metal – no cheap aluminum or zinc casting compromise. The thread is cleanly machined, with no burrs or play. The part can be easily inserted with a suitable screwdriver and then sits firmly and securely in place. Anyone who regularly maintains their magazine or has ever replaced seals themselves knows that without this ring, it won't work
