Shipping Information

For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Up to 1 kg: €5.90

Up to 5 kg: €6.90

Up to 10 kg: €7.90

Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.

Shipping of Ammunition

Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.

Shipping for Retailers and Team Support

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).

Availability and Delivery Time

Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.

Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.

Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.

Shipping Carrier

We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.

Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.

Gift Cards

Description

A tactical duty glove needs to perform more in the field than a regular work glove. This is exactly where this tactical duty glove comes in: durable materials, targeted ventilation, and a palm that provides secure contact with equipment even in wet or dusty conditions.

The glove is aimed at users in paintball, airsoft, training, or outdoor operations where grip control and hand protection play a central role.

The back of the tactical duty glove is made of CoolPlus® fabric. This material ensures that heat and moisture are transported away faster. Especially during longer game days or training sessions, the tactical duty glove thus prevents noticeable heat buildup under the glove.

The fabric combines 70% polyester and 30% PU, which keeps the glove stable without restricting movement. The fingers can grip cleanly without the glove feeling stiff.

The palm of the tactical duty glove is made of durable synthetic leather. This material consists of 60% nylon, 38% polyurethane, and 2% carbon.

The advantage: The surface offers noticeable grip on markers, magazines, tools, or equipment parts. At the same time, the material remains flexible enough for you to operate triggers cleanly.

An additional detail is the welded Lock Ring™ panel on the thumb. This construction deliberately avoids classic seams in a highly stressed area. This reduces the risk of the glove wearing out prematurely in the thumb area.

To ensure a secure fit, the tactical duty glove features a Freedom Flex cuff with hook-and-loop closure. This allows for quick adjustment of the width at the wrist and glove.

A pull loop makes it easier to put on quickly – especially practical when time is short or hands are already cold or sweaty.

Another useful detail: The tactical duty glove is touchscreen compatible. Smartphones or GPS devices can be operated without taking off the glove.

The tactical duty glove meets standards EN ISO 21420:2020 and EN388:2016+A1:2018 (3121X). This classification assesses, among other things, abrasion resistance, cut protection, and mechanical resilience of the materials.

For over 20 years, we have been dealing with paintball every day. As one of the first paintball shops in Berlin, we have accompanied the development of the sport over many years and have gained extensive experience with markers, equipment, and accessories.

Our history began in 2007 in the former Paintgalaxy Paintball Hall in Berlin-Pankow. At that time, the focus was primarily on wholesale of paintballs. With the growth of our company, we were able to move into our current location at Romain-Rolland-Straße 14–24 in Berlin-Heinersdorf in 2013. Our product range includes products for various playing areas, including tournament paintball, woodland paintball, and MagFed paintball. We ensure a balanced selection of proven manufacturers, spare parts, accessories, and equipment for beginners as well as experienced players.

A key component of our work is personal advice. Many products differ not only in their technical data but also in their practical application. Therefore, we support our customers in finding suitable solutions for their requirements – both in our online shop and directly at our brick-and-mortar store.

In addition to paintball, we also carry selected products from the fields of airsoft, air pressure, defense, and self-defense. This allows us to advise customers who are interested in other leisure or sports areas.

If a desired item is not available or is not part of our standard range, we are happy to check procurement options through our supplier network. Many inquiries and product requests from our customers have already found their way into our assortment in this way.
