For orders totaling €100 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.
The final shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
Additional shipping costs may apply for larger, heavy, or bulky orders.
A maximum of 4 boxes of paintballs can be shipped per shipping carton.
Hazardous Materials Shipping: Ammunition
The shipment of blank and cap cartridges classified as hazardous material class 1.4S is limited to within Germany.

Items not in stock are—if available—usually shipped within 1–2 weeks.

Prepayment via Bank Transfer
When paying by bank transfer, you receive a 2% discount on the order total.

Refunds & Returns
Processing credits and cancellations may take up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Packages sent without postage will not be accepted.
If the value of the goods falls below the free shipping threshold of €100 after a return, shipping costs will be charged retroactively.
Teams & Retailers
Teams receive free shipping on orders of €300 or more.
Pallet shipping via a freight forwarder is available upon request.
Shipping Provider
Shipping is handled by DHL.
Once the shipment has been handed over, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the package may be:
- delivered to a neighbor,
- stored at a branch
- or forwarded to a Packstation.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are shipped free of charge.
