Shipping Information

For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Shipping of Ammunition

Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.

Shipping for Retailers and Team Support

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).

Availability and Delivery Time

Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.

Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.

Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.

Shipping Carrier

We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.

Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.

Description

The PIEXON Guardian Angel 4 is no ordinary pepper spray, but a handy spray gun that provides effective support in dangerous situations. Whether you're jogging in the park, walking the dog, or walking home late at night, this little Swiss powerhouse offers you safety when it matters most.

The Guardian Angel 4 also works in adverse conditions. Rain, snow, or cold temperatures down to -20°C? No problem. The patented drive ensures a constant and targeted OC jet at a speed of approximately 50 m/s. This gives the pepper spray a range of up to 4 meters. Unlike conventional sprays, there is no cloud that obstructs your view – you can aim precisely and quickly move away.

The highlight: the device features dual-chamber technology. You have two 6 ml shots available, which are fired one after the other. After the first shot, the system automatically switches to the second charge. No levers, no additional steps – just aim and pull the trigger. This makes the Guardian Angel 4 particularly reliable when things get hectic.

Weighing only 120 grams, the device is lightweight and fits easily into your jacket pocket. The integrated belt clip ensures that you always have the Guardian Angel 4 within reach. In addition, the device can be operated with either hand, regardless of whether you are right- or left-handed. And if you drop it, don't worry. It can withstand drops of up to 1.5 meters.

For over 20 years, we have been dealing with paintball every day. As one of the first paintball shops in Berlin, we have accompanied the development of the sport over many years and have gained extensive experience with markers, equipment, and accessories.

Our history began in 2007 in the former Paintgalaxy Paintball Hall in Berlin-Pankow. At that time, the focus was primarily on wholesale of paintballs. With the growth of our company, we were able to move into our current location at Romain-Rolland-Straße 14–24 in Berlin-Heinersdorf in 2013. From there, we now supply customers from Germany and many other European countries.

Our product range includes products for various playing areas, including tournament paintball, woodland paintball, and MagFed paintball. We ensure a balanced selection of proven manufacturers, spare parts, accessories, and equipment for beginners as well as experienced players.

A key component of our work is personal advice. Many products differ not only in their technical data but also in their practical application. Therefore, we support our customers in finding suitable solutions for their requirements – both in our online shop and directly at our brick-and-mortar store.

In addition to paintball, we also carry selected products from the fields of airsoft, air pressure, defense, and self-defense. This allows us to advise customers who are interested in other leisure or sports areas.

If a desired item is not available or is not part of our standard range, we are happy to check procurement options through our supplier network. Many inquiries and product requests from our customers have already found their way into our assortment in this way.
