Magazines

(21 products)

The magazine is one of the central functional components in blank-firing weapons. It controls the feeding of cartridges and thus directly determines reliability and clean cycling. Since blank ammunition works without a projectile, systems react particularly sensitively to fit, spring force, and friction.

Capacity, design, and fit of blank-firing magazines

Magazines are model and manufacturer-specific. Even with the same caliber, geometry, length, and feed angle differ depending on the platform. This applies to magazines from Glock, Zoraki, Walther, Colt, Smith & Wesson, and Browning, among others. A magazine that visually fits does not automatically function correctly mechanically.

The portfolio includes magazine sizes from approx. 6 to 30 rounds. Small magazines with 6–8 rounds usually work single-stack and offer very uniform feeding with low spring tension. They are mechanically robust but require more frequent reloading. Magazines in the medium range of about 10–17 rounds represent the most common compromise and are prevalent in many Glock, Walther, and Browning models. Large magazines with 20 to 30 rounds significantly increase capacity but entail stronger spring tension, more weight, and higher wear.
