Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards

The GSG 11.1V 1,200 mAh Li-Po battery was developed for high-performance airsoft AEGs and S-AEGs that require a reliable and consistent power supply. With a capacity of 1,200 mAh, a discharge rate of 20C, and a burst capacity of up to 40C, the GSG Li-Po battery delivers a steady and powerful voltage supply. This ensures quick response times and reliable operation of the airsoft gun—even during rapid-fire sequences.
Please note that an 11.1-volt Li-Po battery should only be used in airsoft guns that are explicitly approved by the manufacturer for this voltage. For high-performance setups, we recommend high-quality wiring with an appropriate cable gauge and, ideally, a MOSFET system.
Compact and Reliable
The GSG Li-Po battery features a Mini-Tamiya connector with standard polarity (red = positive, black = negative) and can be integrated into many compatible AEG and S-AEG models. The high-quality cell technology ensures a constant voltage output, reduces self-discharge, and has no memory effect.
Safe Charging and Long-Lasting Use
Only a suitable Li-Po charger may be used for charging. During charging, it is recommended to use a Li-Po protective bag or a fire-resistant mat. A Li-Po monitor protects the battery from deep discharge and helps extend the service life of the cells. Damaged or swollen batteries must not be used further.
