For packaging and shipping within Germany, we charge a minimum of 5.90 euros via DHL. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we’ll pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, if you order multiple items, the shipping cost may increase:

Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding deliveries to islands) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders containing hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for significant return shipping costs.

Prepayment via Bank Transfer
You can conveniently pay the total amount by transferring funds to our account and receive a 1% discount on your order. You’ll receive our bank details via email after completing your order.
Klarna Installment Purchase / Klarna Invoice
It’s much more convenient than at other stores, with no need to enter a lot of personal information. Simply add your item to the shopping cart and select the payment method “Installment Purchase” or “Invoice.” Then click on “Place Order.” If the credit check is approved, the item will be shipped to you immediately, and you can pay conveniently in installments or settle the enclosed invoice within 4 weeks of receiving the goods. Via Stripe: Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
One of the latest additions is Stripe—a payment provider that lets you accept credit card payments in no time at all. In addition to the major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, and American Express—it also supports several smaller ones.

Refunds
Refunds for credit notes or cancellations may take up to 2 weeks after receipt of the merchandise.
Goods sent postage-due will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for the costs. If the value of the goods drops below the free shipping threshold of €100 upon refund, a shipping fee of €4.90 will be charged.
Further payment details
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring there are sufficient funds in your account on the notified date.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon shipment of the goods.

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallet shipping via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our store are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
