Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Information

For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Shipping costs via DHL

Up to 1 kg: €5.90

Up to 5 kg: €6.90

Up to 10 kg: €7.90

Up to 20 kg: €13.90

Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90

Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.

To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.

Shipping of Ammunition

Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.

Shipping for Retailers and Team Support

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).

Availability and Delivery Time

Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.

Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.

Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.

Shipping Carrier

We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.

Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.

Gift Cards

Description

The DSG AM Floating Stock Guide is a rugged aluminum stock guide for 300-bar MagFed HP systems with a rounded cylinder base. The all-metal construction replaces simple plastic guides and was specifically developed for the design of corresponding 300-bar air systems. The surface has a matte black anodized finish.

All-Metal Construction for 300 Bar

The DSG AM Floating Stock Guide is made of high-strength aluminum and features a multi-piece design. The rounded bracket on the back allows it to adapt to air cylinders with a round base. This makes the Floating Stock Guide suitable for various 300-bar MagFed HP systems with the corresponding design.

For example, the Floating Stock Guide is compatible with Armotech, Dye Core, and PowAir Tactical Line systems, as well as First Strike 300-bar MagFed systems, provided they have the appropriate rounded tank base.

Flexible Positioning on the Tank

The Floating Stock Guide is not securely screwed in place but is attached to the air system using the included adhesive pads. This allows you to adjust the position of the stock guide to match the orientation of the marker.

Before installation, the two aluminum components are connected using the included M3 screw. Next, the air system is fully screwed into the marker’s ASA to determine the final position of the bottle. Afterward, the Floating Stock Guide is aligned and secured with the adhesive pads.

Easy installation without tool modifications

After installation, slide the shoulder rest onto the guide until it clicks into place. When installing, ensure the surface is clean and free of grease and that the parts are properly aligned.
