Cancellation policy

Some items in our online store may be offered as “purchase options” or “pre-orders.” These are typically items that are not yet available at the time of ordering or that cannot be delivered until a later date.

Purchase Options and Pre-orders

When you place an order for a purchase option or pre-order—provided we accept the order—a sales contract is formed under the terms specified in the respective offer.

The estimated delivery time and, if applicable, any additional terms are specified for each item. Delivery dates are subject to change if the manufacturer’s or supplier’s availability changes.

Cancellation Before Delivery

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Provided that no legal or contractual obligation precludes the cancellation, we will process the cancellation accordingly.

Regardless of this, consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. For distance sales contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For a sales contract for goods, the withdrawal period generally begins upon receipt of the goods.

Withdrawal After Receipt of the Goods

After receiving the goods, a consumer may withdraw from the contract within the statutory withdrawal period, provided there is no legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal must be clearly communicated to us. No reason is required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal in a timely manner.

Refund

In the event of a valid cancellation, we will generally refund the payments received within the statutory period. For the refund, we will generally use the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

Legal Rights

These cancellation terms do not limit any statutory rights of the consumer. In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Statutory rights of withdrawal may be excluded for certain goods and contracts. The relevant statutory exceptions are governed in particular by Section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
