Delivery and Shipping
Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards
There are no shipping costs when purchasing gift cards. They will be sent to you either by email or, upon request, by mail. Information about gift cards for the ID-Paintball online shop can be found directly in the Gift Cards section.

Dye MOSair CFC Charger with Tech Mat.
Description
Description
The M3 Series MOSAir CFC Charger, including the Tech Mat, is an induction charger for the MOSAir system. Charging is done wirelessly via induction, meaning there is no direct electrical connection between the charger and the marker. The Tech Mat is powered via a USB port; the appropriate USB cable is included in the package.
According to the available product data, the MOSAir System enables the Dye M2 to be charged via induction. Energy is transferred wirelessly while the marker or the corresponding board is resting on the Tech Mat.
The charging function is integrated into the Tech Mat, allowing the charger to also serve as a convenient surface for performing maintenance on the marker.
Wireless Charging via Induction
With the MOSAir system, charging takes place via an inductive connection. This means no direct cable connection to the marker is required. For example, while you’re performing maintenance, the board can rest on the Techmatte and charge at the same time.
Further technical details regarding charging power, charging time, or the charger’s specific output are not provided in the available product information.
USB Connection and Package Contents
The Tech Mat can be connected to a USB port. The required USB connection cable is included in the package.
According to the product specifications, the M3 Series MOSAir CFC Charger is designed for the MOSAir system. The Dye M2 is listed as a compatible system. No other compatibility details are provided.
