Shipping Information

For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Up to 1 kg: €5.90

Up to 5 kg: €6.90

Up to 10 kg: €7.90

Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90

Shipping of Ammunition

Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.

Shipping for Retailers and Team Support

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).

Availability and Delivery Time

Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.

Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.

Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.

Shipping Carrier

We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.

Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.

Description

The Shutter Remote System has a spiral hose that can be extended to a total length of up to 3m. This guarantees maximum freedom of movement in any playing situation. Thanks to the coiled shape, the hose always twists to the minimum possible length without dangling around.

The PowAir brand stands for the highest quality and best materials when it comes to HP systems and air pressure accessories for paintball and airsoft sports.

The Shutter Remote System also has a cylinder connection with on/off function, an ASA connection with quick coupling and an integrated on/off valve behind the ASA connection. By means of an ergonomic shut-off valve, the air flow in the remote system can be stopped with a simple 90-degree turn and then the remote system can be disconnected from the marker using the integrated quick-release coupling. Thanks to the on/off ball valve inside, this model is very low-maintenance and trouble-free, as there are no O-rings in the valve that could be damaged. The closed, pressurized connection also prevents dust and dirt from entering the system even when disconnected.

To continue playing, the ASA adapter is simply plugged back in (the plug connection works like the connection of a normal air station) and the regulator of the on/off valve is turned back 90 degrees. - The air then flows back into the marker.

All PowAir remote systems use only very high-quality, thick-walled hoses for maximum air flow and a long product service life. This remote system is suitable for all paintball markers and airsoft guns with a standard ASA adapter or remote connection.

Each PowAir Remote System also comes with a large spare parts kit that contains all the seals of the hose system and is sufficient for up to 3 complete repairs.

For over 20 years, we have been dealing with paintball every day. As one of the first paintball shops in Berlin, we have accompanied the development of the sport over many years and have gained extensive experience with markers, equipment, and accessories.

Our history began in 2007 in the former Paintgalaxy Paintball Hall in Berlin-Pankow. At that time, the focus was primarily on wholesale of paintballs. With the growth of our company, we were able to move into our current location at Romain-Rolland-Straße 14–24 in Berlin-Heinersdorf in 2013. From there, we now supply customers from Germany and many other European countries.

Our product range includes products for various playing areas, including tournament paintball, woodland paintball, and MagFed paintball. We ensure a balanced selection of proven manufacturers, spare parts, accessories, and equipment for beginners as well as experienced players.

A key component of our work is personal advice. Many products differ not only in their technical data but also in their practical application. Therefore, we support our customers in finding suitable solutions for their requirements – both in our online shop and directly at our brick-and-mortar store.

In addition to paintball, we also carry selected products from the fields of airsoft, air pressure, defense, and self-defense. This allows us to advise customers who are interested in other leisure or sports areas.
