The DYE Switchblade Trigger System is a modular trigger upgrade for select DYE paintball markers. The system consists of a trigger base and interchangeable trigger blades. This allows you to adjust several trigger settings to suit your personal playing style and preferred finger position. The MXR already comes with the appropriate base; for other compatible models, you’ll first need a Switchblade Trigger Base.

The DYE Switchblade Trigger System is a modular trigger upgrade for the DYE CZR, CZR+, and Rize. The system replaces the stock trigger base with a Switchblade-compatible base, allowing you to use various interchangeable trigger blades. Additionally, several adjustment options are available, enabling you to fine-tune the trigger feel to match your hand position and personal preferences.

Precise Trigger Adjustment

The Switchblade Trigger System offers several adjustment options on the trigger. The Activation Point Adjustment allows you to change the trigger’s activation point. With the Tension Control, you can adjust the trigger resistance.

The position of the trigger blade can also be adjusted using the Reach Adjustment. This allows you to set the distance between the trigger and your trigger finger to match your hand position.

An integrated Smooth Roller Bearing reduces friction within the trigger mechanism and ensures smooth, consistent trigger movement.

Interchangeable Trigger Blades

The modular design of the Switchblade System allows you to swap out the trigger blade. Depending on your preferred profile, options include Scythe, Rake, and Deuce, among others.

The different blade shapes alter the contact area of the finger and thus the subjective feel of the trigger. Additionally, various colors are available, allowing you to customize the marker’s appearance.

The blades are cross-compatible with one another. After installing the appropriate Switchblade Trigger Base, you can therefore use different blade variants without having to change the base again.

This version of the DYE Switchblade Trigger System is designed for the following DYE markers:

The Switchblade Trigger System is thus a targeted option for CZR, CZR+, and Rize players who do not want to leave the activation point, trigger resistance, and finger position at their factory settings. The corresponding Switchblade Trigger Base is required for installation.

The Switchblade Trigger System offers multiple adjustment options for the trigger. The Activation Point Adjustment function allows you to change the trigger’s activation point. Additionally, trigger resistance can be adjusted via the Tension Control.

The reach—or position—of the trigger blade can also be adjusted using the Reach Adjustment function. This allows you to better adapt the trigger’s position to your own hand grip and finger length.

A smooth roller bearing supports smooth trigger movement and reduces friction within the trigger mechanism.
