Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Information

For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.

Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:

Shipping costs via DHL

Up to 1 kg: €5.90

Up to 5 kg: €6.90

Up to 10 kg: €7.90

Up to 20 kg: €13.90

Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90

Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.

To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.

Shipping of Ammunition

Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.

Shipping for Retailers and Team Support

Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).

Availability and Delivery Time

Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.

Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.

Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.

Shipping Carrier

We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.

Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.

Gift Cards

Description

With the Planet Eclipse Etha2 / Etha3 Spare Parts Bag, you’ll have a comprehensive set of genuine replacement parts on hand for maintenance and repairs on your Planet Eclipse Etha2 or Etha3. The set includes various O-rings, gaskets, screws, and other specific replacement parts. Handy for the workshop or as a backup in case a small part is missing during service.

Plenty of O-Rings for Maintenance

The largest component of the spare parts set consists of various NBR O-rings in different sizes and hardnesses. Included, among others, are O-rings in NBR 70 and NBR 90. This means the set covers numerous seals that may be needed during maintenance work on the Etha2 and Etha3.

The different dimensions are clearly organized as individual items. This way, you won’t end up having to place a full spare parts order just because of a small O-ring the next time you perform maintenance.

Seals and Regulator Replacement Parts

In addition to the O-rings, the Planet Eclipse replacement parts set includes an Etha2 Rear Solenoid Gasket as well as two GEO CS1 #6 Solenoid O-rings. For the SL3 regulator, the set also includes an SP00-009-A Reg Relief Spring, an SL3 Purge Poppet, and an SL3 Reg Seal.

Screws and Other Replacement Parts

The package also includes various replacement screws, including 6-32 UNC x 5/16“ countersink socket screws and 10-32 UNF x 3/8” buttonhead screws. The set is rounded out by two Ego Mk2 ball detents and four ETHA2 foil stickers measuring 20 x 4 mm.

For over 20 years, we have been dealing with paintball every day. As one of the first paintball shops in Berlin, we have accompanied the development of the sport over many years and have gained extensive experience with markers, equipment, and accessories.

Our history began in 2007 in the former Paintgalaxy Paintball Hall in Berlin-Pankow. At that time, the focus was primarily on wholesale of paintballs. With the growth of our company, we were able to move into our current location at Romain-Rolland-Straße 14–24 in Berlin-Heinersdorf in 2013. A key component of our work is personal advice. Many products differ not only in their technical data but also in their practical application. Therefore, we support our customers in finding suitable solutions for their requirements – both in our online shop and directly at our brick-and-mortar store.

In addition to paintball, we also carry selected products from the fields of airsoft, air pressure, defense, and self-defense. This allows us to advise customers who are interested in other leisure or sports areas.
