Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards
There are no shipping costs when purchasing gift cards. They will be sent to you either by email or, upon request, by mail. Information about gift cards for the ID-Paintball online shop can be found directly in the Gift Cards section.

Steambow M10 Tactical with AR-Series Quick-Change Bowarm System
Description
Description
The AR-Series M10 Tactical is a compact crossbow with a polymer receiver, a quick-change bow arm, and two M10 magazines. It features an AR-Series Lower Tactical Gen2 with a vertical foregrip and a height-adjustable cheek rest on the stock. The package also includes 20 aluminum practice arrows, as well as a spare string and a stringing aid.
The M10 Tactical combines the polymer AR-Series M10 Upper with the Lower Tactical Gen2. The AR-Series ADVANCED bow arm is equipped with a quick-change block, which allows the bow arm to be replaced within the system.
The vertical front grip features an internal compartment. The cheek rest on the rear stock is height-adjustable. With a length of 615 mm and a weight of 1.8 kg, the M10 Tactical remains compact.
Polymer construction with a high glass-fiber content
The receiver is made of impact-resistant, UV-resistant polymer with a high glass fiber content. This material is used in both the M10 upper and the lower components. The design is engineered for rugged durability while maintaining a relatively low weight.
Two M10 magazines and a comprehensive package
In addition to the mounted M10 magazine, another magazine is included. This means a total of two M10 magazines are included. For practice, 20 aluminum practice arrows are included. String wax, a replacement string, and a stringing aid round out the package.
Important: According to the manufacturer, this product may only be used with the MAGNUM draw arm, which has a nominal draw weight of 120 lbs. Stronger limbs may only be used in conjunction with the reinforced lower. Failure to comply may result in damage to the crossbow and personal injury. Modifications are made at your own risk.
