Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards

Description
The Virtue Spire V Loader is an electronic paintball hopper designed for fast, reliable, and trouble-free paint feeding. The combination of an accelerometer and three infrared sensors monitors both the firing process and the paint feed throughout the entire feeding cycle.
Virtue Spire V with Dual-Sensor Technology
The Virtue Spire V combines two sensor systems: An accelerometer detects the firing process, while three infrared sensors detect the paintballs in the loader. This allows the electronics to precisely control the activation and deactivation of the Spire Drive.
According to the manufacturer, the control system operates without requiring any programming or debugging settings. The Virtue Spire V is thus designed for simple operation: just turn it on and use it.
Jam-Proof Spire Drive with Soft Fingers
The Spire Drive features flexible rubber fingers designed to gently feed paintballs while eliminating potential feeding issues. The design is engineered to handle even irregularly shaped or particularly delicate paintballs.
The Virtue Spire V also features a tool-free Spire Drive. The soft rubber fingers can be easily removed for cleaning or service.
Tool-Free Cleaning and Rugged Shell
The Virtue Spire V’s hinged shell can be opened without tools, allowing direct access to the interior. The ball well can also be disassembled for cleaning without additional tools.
