Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards

The Virtue VIO Ascend is a lightweight paintball mask that combines a flexible face mask with a rugged dual-material construction. The one-piece design offers a balanced combination of protection, flexibility, and comfort. It also features a large thermal lens, a quick-change lens system, and replaceable wear parts.
Large Thermal Lens with Quick Change
The VIO Ascend features a large, low-distortion lens that provides a wide field of view on the field. The dual-pane thermal lens helps reduce fogging, ensuring the clearest possible vision even during intense movement.
The Hinge Lock™ system allows for quick lens changes. Another advantage: The lens coating is scratch-resistant and protects the surface from typical wear and tear during paintball.
Flexible Facemask and Good Ventilation
The VIO Ascend’s facemask is made of a flexible material and adapts to your movements. At the same time, the design is optimized for good ventilation, allowing air to circulate more effectively inside the mask.
The optimized facemask also supports clear voice transmission. This means announcements to your teammates remain understandable without having to remove the mask for every brief exchange.
Comfort and Replaceable Components
On longer game days, it’s not just the look that matters. The VIO Ascend features a lightweight design and is equipped with multi-layered eye foam. The foam can be replaced as needed.
The strap and ear pads can also be replaced. This allows you to replace wear-and-tear parts separately and use the paintball mask for longer. It’s practical, because a little paint is part of the game—but completely worn-out foam certainly doesn’t have to be.

The VIO Ascend is constructed as a one-piece mask made from two different materials. This combines rigidity, flexibility, and comfort.
The design utilizes proven technologies from the VIO platform without relying on a modular frame with a separate facemask.
