Shipping Information
For packaging and shipping, we charge starting at 5.90 euros via DHL within Germany. For orders totaling 100€ or more, shipping within Germany is free.
Of course, we pack as many items as possible into a single package. However, shipping costs may increase for multiple items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 1 kg: €5.90
Up to 5 kg: €6.90
Up to 10 kg: €7.90
Up to 20 kg: €13.90
Up to 31.5 kg: €16.90
Four boxes of paintballs always fit into one shipping carton.
To calculate shipping costs, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping cost calculator. Cash-on-delivery shipping to other countries is not available.
Shipping of Ammunition
Shipping of blank/firecracker cartridges (hazardous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (excluding island deliveries) is subject to a fee starting at €34.95. Since these are hazardous goods, we engage a specialized shipping provider. Packages are picked up from us the day after the order is placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping provider will contact you via email to provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous materials must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after the shipping confirmation between 9 AM and 5 PM. You may specify a different time window for an additional fee. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer’s own fault, the customer will incur significant return shipping costs.
Shipping for Retailers and Team Support
Teams receive free shipping on orders of 300 euros or more. Pallets via freight carrier (upon request).
Availability and Delivery Time
Most of the items offered in our shop are available for immediate shipment. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, these will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time for in-stock items is 1–3 business days within Germany and 3–6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1–2 weeks once they become available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping Carrier
We ship your order via our logistics partner, DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you updated via email on when the package is expected to arrive. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or drop it off at the post office. You will then receive a notification card allowing you to pick up the item.
Gift Cards

Die Virtue VIO Ascend ist eine leichte Paintball Maske, die eine flexible Facemask mit einem robusten Dual-Material-Aufbau kombiniert. Das einteilige Design bietet eine ausgewogene Kombination aus Schutz, Flexibilität und Komfort. Dazu kommen ein großes Thermal Lens, ein schnelles Lens-Wechselsystem und austauschbare Verschleißteile.
Großes Thermal Lens mit Quick Change
Die VIO Ascend verfügt über ein großes, verzerrungsarmes Lens, das dir ein breites Sichtfeld auf dem Spielfeld bietet. Das Dual-Pane Thermal Lens unterstützt die Reduzierung von Beschlag und sorgt damit auch bei intensiver Bewegung für eine möglichst klare Sicht.
Über das Hinge Lock™ System lässt sich das Lens schnell wechseln. Ein weiterer Vorteil: Die Lens-Beschichtung ist kratzbeständig und schützt die Oberfläche vor typischen Belastungen beim Paintball.
Flexible Facemask und gute Belüftung
Die Facemask der VIO Ascend besteht aus einem flexiblen Material und passt sich Bewegungen an. Gleichzeitig ist die Konstruktion auf eine gute Belüftung ausgelegt, sodass die Luft innerhalb der Maske besser zirkulieren kann.
Die optimierte Facemask unterstützt außerdem eine gute Sprachübertragung. Ansagen an deine Mitspieler bleiben damit verständlich, ohne dass du für jede kurze Kommunikation die Maske abnehmen musst.
Komfort und austauschbare Komponenten
Bei längeren Spieltagen spielt nicht nur die Optik eine Rolle. Die VIO Ascend ist leicht konstruiert und mit mehrlagigem Eye Foam ausgestattet. Der Schaum kann bei Bedarf ausgetauscht werden.
Auch Strap und Ear Pads lassen sich ersetzen. Damit kannst du Verschleißteile separat erneuern und die Paintball Maske länger verwenden. Praktisch, denn ein bisschen Paint gehört zum Spiel – ein komplett verschlissenes Foam muss deshalb noch lange nicht dazugehören.
Einteiliges Dual-Material-Design
Die VIO Ascend wird als einteilige Maske aus zwei unterschiedlichen Materialien gefertigt. Dadurch werden Steifigkeit, Flexibilität und Komfort miteinander kombiniert.
Das Design nutzt bewährte Technologien aus der VIO Plattform, ohne auf einen modularen Rahmen mit separater Facemask zu setzen.
