Shipping and payment conditions
Shipping information
We charge from €4.90 for packaging and shipping in Germany via DHL. From a value of goods of €100, parcel shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Of course we pack as many items as possible in one package. However, the shipping price may increase if there are several items:
Shipping costs via DHL
Up to 5KG: 4.90€
Up to 10KG: 7.90€
Up to 31,5KG: 16,90€
You can always fit 4 boxes of paintballs in a shipping carton.
To calculate the shipping costs, simply add the desired item to the shopping cart without logging in. There you will see a shipping costs calculator. Cash on delivery to other countries is not possible.
Shipment of ammunition
The shipping of blanks / firecracker cartridges (dangerous goods class 1.4S) within Germany (except island delivery) is subject to a charge of 29.95€. As these are hazardous goods, we will commission a special shipping service provider. Parcels will be collected from us the day after the order is placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. In addition, the shipping service provider will contact you by e-mail and provide further information about the shipment. Orders for hazardous goods must be accepted in person. Delivery takes place one day after confirmation of dispatch between 9 am and 5 pm. The time window can be determined by you with a surcharge. If the shipment is not delivered through the customer's own fault, the customer will incur considerable return costs.
Payment information
This is how you can pay with us:
Prepayment by bank transfer
You pay the total amount conveniently by bank transfer to our account and receive a 1% discount on your order. You will receive our bank details by email after completing your order.
Klarna installment purchase / Klarna invoice
It is much more convenient than with other stores without having to enter a lot of data. You simply place your item in the shopping cart and select the payment method installment purchase or invoice. Then click on order with obligation to pay. If the credit check is positive, the item will be sent to you immediately and you pay conveniently in installments or 4 weeks after you receive the goods the enclosed invoice. If the credit check is negative, you will be automatically redirected to the payment methods.
Via Stripe credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay
One of the latest additions is Stripe - a payment provider that allows you to accept payments by credit card at lightning speed. In addition to the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express, several smaller ones are also supported.

Refunds
Refunds of credit notes/cancellations can take up to 2 weeks after receipt of the goods.
Goods sent carriage forward will not be accepted. The buyer bears the costs. If the value of the goods slips below the €100 free shipping charge on refund, €4.90 shipping costs will be charged.
Further details on payment
The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice.
When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
Payment via Klarna Checkout
In cooperation with Klarna we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Klarna invoice: Payable within 14 days of the invoice date. The invoice will be issued when the goods are dispatched and sent by e-mail. Shipping for retailers and team support
Teams receive free shipping from 300 Euro. Pallet by forwarding agent (on request).
Availability and delivery time
Most of the items offered in our store are available for immediate delivery. Unless otherwise stated in the item description, they will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.
The delivery time for stock items is 1-3 working days in Germany and 3-6 days to Europe.
Items that are not in stock will be shipped within 1-2 weeks if they are available.
Should it take longer in exceptional cases, we will of course inform you.
Shipping company
We ship your order with our logistics partner DHL.
Our logistics partner will keep you informed by e-mail when the parcel will arrive. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to leave the parcel with a neighbor or deposit it at the post office. You will then receive a notification card with which you can collect the goods.
Vouchers
There are no shipping costs for the purchase of vouchers. They are either sent by email or by post on request. Information about vouchers for the ID-Paintball online store can be found directly in the Vouchers section.
